CORRECTION OF THE NAME IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS PER THE GAZETTE NOTIFICATION/CORRECTION OF THE NAME IN THE SSLC BOOK AS PER THE GAZETTE NOTIFICATION/CORRECTION OF THE NAME IN THE SPARK DATABASE  AS PER THE GAZETTE NOTIFICATION

CORRECTION OF THE NAME IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS PER THE GAZETTE NOTIFICATION

• INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN ISSUED REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF THE NAME IN THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE AS PER THE GAZETTE NOTIFICATION.
• ഗസറ്റ് വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാരം തിരുത്തിയ  പേര് ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ  തിരുത്തുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ചു്  നിർദേശം പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു

• 1. ഗസറ്റ് വിജ്ഞാപനം വഴി മാറ്റിയ പേര് സ്കൂൾ അഡ്മിഷൻ രജിസ്റ്ററിലും, എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.സി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിലും തിരുത്തിയ ശേഷം അതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ജനന രജിസ്ട്രേഷനിൽ ഒറ്റ തവണ തിരുത്തൽ വരുത്താവുന്നതാണ്. 

• 2. പ്രസ്തുത നടപടിക്രമത്തിന്റെ വിവരം ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ അഭിപ്രായക്കുറിപ്പ്/Remarks (if any) എന്ന ഭാഗത്ത് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ വരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. 

• 3. അതിലേയ്ക്കായി ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരമുള്ള സർക്കുലറിലെ ഖണ്ഡിക 9.8, 9.15 എന്നിവയിൽ ഭേദഗതിയും സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയറിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള ക്രമീകരണവും ചീഫ് രജിസ്മാർക്ക് വരുത്താവുന്നതാണ്.

•  4. നിലവിലെ പേരിൽ അക്ഷരത്തെറ്റ് മാത്രമാണ് മാറ്റേണ്ടതുള്ളതെങ്കിൽ അത് തിരുത്തുന്നതിന് നേരിട്ട് ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ തിരുത്തി അതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സ്കൂൾ രേഖയിലും 638 തവണ തിരുത്തൽ 23 (Gireesh/Girish, Aathira/Athira, Preethi/Preethy എന്നിങ്ങനെ വരുന്ന തെറ്റുകൾ). പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിയ്ക്കേണ്ട ആവശ്യം ഇല്ല. അതിന് ഗസറ്റിൽ പേരു തിരുത്തി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേണ്ട കാര്യമില്ല 

• 1. After correcting the name changed through the Gazette notification in the School Admission Register and SSLC Certificate, a one-time correction can be made in the birth registration on the basis of that. 
• 2. The information about the said procedure should be recorded in the Remarks (if any) section of the birth certificate. 
• 3. If necessary, the Chief Registrar may amend paragraphs 9.8 and 9.15 of the circular as per Note (1) and make arrangements for changing the software. 
• 4. If only a spelling mistake needs to be changed in the existing name, it can be corrected directly in the birth certificate and on the basis of that, 638 corrections can be made in the school record as well. 23 (Mistakes like Gireesh/Girish, Aathira/Athira, Preethi/Preethy). There is no need to publish it. For that, the name can be corrected in the Gazette

• INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN ISSUED REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF THE NAME IN THE SSLC  CERTIFICATE AS PER THE GAZETTE NOTIFICATION.
• ഗസറ്റ് വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാരം തിരുത്തിയ  പേര് എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.സി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിൽ      തിരുത്തുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ചു്  നിർദേശം പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു

• ഗസറ്റ് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ വഴി പേര് മാറ്റിയതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.സി ബുക്കിൽ പേര് തിരുത്തി നൽകുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർക്ക്, അവരുടെ എസ്.എസ്.എൽ. സി ബുക്കിൽ, അപ്രകാരം തിരുത്തൽ വരുത്തി നൽകുന്നതിനായി പരീക്ഷാ കമ്മീഷണർക്കു അനുമതി നൽകിക്കൊണ്ട് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
