HTV:HEAD TEACHER VACANCY IN GOVT/AIDED SCHOOL: APPOINTMENT OF PROTECTED/DAILYWAGE TEACHERS :LETTER NO. H2/27839/2017/DPI DT:25/04/2017.The "Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009" stipulates that if an LP school has more than 150 children and a UP school has more than 100 children, the primary Head teachers of such schools should be exempted from class charge. This is further elaborated in Rules 1 (b) (iii) and 5 (iv) of Kerala Education Act Chapter XXIII. According to this, if there are more than 150 children in classes 1 to IV or 1 to V in LP schools, the head teacher can be exempted from class charge. In UP schools with classes V to VII having more than 100 students, the head teacher can be exempted from class charge. In the case of UP schools with classes 1 to VII, if there are either more than 150 students in classes 1 to V or more than 100 students in classes V to VII, the head teacher can be exempted from the class charge.

• എൽ.പി സ്കൂളിൽ 150 ൽ കൂടുതലും യു.പി സ്കൂളിൽ 100 ൽ കൂടുതലും കുട്ടികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത്തരം വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിലെ പ്രഥമാ ധ്യാപകരെ ക്ലാസ്സ് ചാർജിൽ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കണമെന്ന് “സൗജന്യവും നിർബന്ധിതവുമായ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള കുട്ടികളുടെ അവകാശ നിയമം 2009 നിഷ്കർഷിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. 

• കേരള വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ചട്ടം അധ്യായം XXIII ലെ 1 (b) (iii), 5 (iv) എന്നീ ചട്ടങ്ങളിൽ ഇത് കൂടുതൽ വിശദമാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇതനുസരിച്ച് എൽ.പി സ്കൂളുകളിൽ 1 മുതൽ IV വരെയോ 1 മുതൽ V വരെയോ ക്ലാസുകളിൽ 150 ൽ കൂടുതൽ കുട്ടികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പ്രഥമാധ്യാപകനെ ക്ലാസ് ചാർജിൽ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കാം. V മുതൽ VII വരെ ക്ലാസുകൾ ഉളള യു.പി സ്കൂളു കളിൽ 100 ൽ കൂടുതൽ കുട്ടികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പ്രഥമാധ്യാപകനെ ക്ലാസ് ചാർജിൽ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കാം. 1 മുതൽ VII വരെ ക്ലാസുകളുളള യു.പി സ്കൂളുകളുടെ കാര്യത്തിൽ അവിടെ ഒന്നുകിൽ 1 മുതൽ V വരെ ക്ലാസുകളിൽ 150 ൽ കൂടുതലോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ V മുതൽ VII വരെ ക്ലാസുകളിൽ 100 ൽ കൂടുതലോ കുട്ടികൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പ്രഥമാധ്യാ പകനെ ക്ലാസ് ചാർജിൽ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കാം.

•  കേരള വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ചട്ടം, അധ്യായം XXI, റൂൾ 7 (1) പ്രകാരം എയ്ഡഡ് പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളുകളിൽ പ്രഥമാധ്യാപകരെ ക്ലാസ് ചുമതല യിൽ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതുമൂലമുണ്ടാകുന്ന ഒഴിവുകളിൽ സംരക്ഷിതാ ധ്യാപകരെയാണ് നിയമിക്കേണ്ടത്. 

• നിർദിഷ്ട എണ്ണം കുട്ടികളുള്ള ഗവൺമെന്റ് പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂളുകളിലെ പ്രഥമാധ്യാപകരെ ക്ലാസ് ചുമതലയിൽ നിന്ന് ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതു മൂലം ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന ഒഴിവുകളിൽ ദിനവേതനാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ താൽക്കാലിക അധ്യാപകരെയാണ് നിയമിക്കേണ്ടത്
